Halloween Hollow is an outdoor attraction that operates rain or shine. Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we may delay opening or cancel operations. Some attractions may also close due to weather conditions. Please follow us on social media for real-time updates and any schedule changes.

Yes! Groups of 25 or more qualify for a discount. Email HalloweenHollowHaunt@gmail.com or message us on Facebook at least 72 hours in advance. Group tickets must be purchased together.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, but we do not accept American Express. Payments at the box office can be made with cash or credit cards. Please note that all tickets are subject to applicable taxes and service fees. All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable.

Yes! We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to guarantee entry, as walk-up tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.

General Admission and Fast Pass tickets are valid for any operating night during the 2026 season. RIP tickets, and the Madame Bastet add-on are only valid for the specific date selected at purchase.

You can avoid the box office line by showing your digital or printed ticket at the Giant Pumpkin. The wait times for each attraction will depend on the type of ticket you purchased.

Upgrade to a Fast Pass (about ¼ the wait of General Admission) or an RIP ticket for unlimited front-of-the-line access to all attractions.

Yes, we offer discounts on General Admission tickets. Discount tickets are available for purchase at the box office on operating nights with a valid ID.

Absolutely — join the Halloween Heathens Club and follow us on social media for giveaways and free ticket opportunities throughout the season.

Halloween Hollow may not be suitable for children under 12 years old. Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times; drop-offs are not allowed. For those who prefer a less frightening experience, we offer a “No Scare Flare” option, available for $5 at the box office or gift shop.

Halloween Hollow is accessible to visitors using wheelchairs or manually-powered mobility aids. However, please note that Dark Raven is not wheelchair accessible. Since the attraction is outdoors, the terrain is often rough and uneven. Some areas may be dark or disorienting, but staff members are available to assist and guide guests using mobility devices. Canes are permitted, but for safety reasons, crutches are not allowed. Please contact us in advance so we can assist with planning your visit.

Yes, our attractions use fog machines, strobe lighting, and loud sound effects as part of the experience. Guests sensitive to these effects should use discretion.

We do not recommend visiting if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are in poor health, due to the intense nature of the attractions.

Costumes are welcome! For everyone's safety, make-up, masks, and weapons (real or fake) are not permitted for safety reasons.

No. Our actors will do their best to scare you, but they will not touch you. Guests are also asked not to touch the actors or the sets.

Photos are welcome throughout the midways and photo stations. To protect the experience for other guests and our actors, flash photography and video recording are not permitted inside the haunted attractions.

Tickets are valid for single entry only. Each visit requires a new ticket.

Yes. Guests who violate our rules, harass staff, actors, or other guests, throw corn, or bring prohibited items may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Yes, we are assisted by Putnam County Sheriff Officers to help ensure the safety of all guests and staff throughout the property every night we're open.

Alcohol is not served at Halloween Hollow. However, beverages may be available at the Defenders Retreat Pavilion. Please note that these are separate entities.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. It not allowed in the attractions or while waiting in line.

No backpacks, pets, weapons, outside food or beverages, strollers, costumes with masks, large umbrellas, laser pointers, or flashlights. Additionally, please do not touch the scenery or actors.

Yes! Our gift shop features Halloween Hollow merchandise and a variety of spooky souvenirs. The Spellbound Spirits and Snacks offers snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Defenders Retreat Pavilion may host food trucks and other concession options. Please note that food and drinks are not permitted while waiting in line or inside any of the attractions.
